VEF Jazz Club: The Sunscape Hammond Trio

French trio Sunscape makes its first appearance in Latvia as part of the VEF Jazz Club series. The group combines Hammond organ, Rhodes, Moog, piano and drums in original music it describes as “galactic jazz”.
The sound moves between acoustic, electric and synthetic textures, bringing vintage keyboard jazz into a distinctly contemporary setting. Sunscape won the Jazz70 competition in Nîmes and was selected for the OcciJazz residency programme.
