RIGA IFF 2026: Short Film National Competition

RIGA IFF’s national short film competition brings together seven recent Latvian works spanning fiction, documentary, animation and audiovisual experimentation. This year’s programme moves between Riga’s urban rhythm, family histories, personal memory and surreal forms.

The screening will be attended by filmmakers from the programme.

This screening is part of RIGA IFF 2026. Other selected festival events include Lewerentz Divine Darkness + Q&A, the Baltic Music Video Competition and RIGA IFF Awards 2026.
