MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival at Wiktorija

MANHATTAN SHORT brings ten finalist films from around the world to Wiktorija in Liepāja. This is not a conventional festival screening where the audience simply watches and leaves. Every visitor receives a ballot and votes for Best Film and Best Actor, joining viewers in cities around the world who help decide the winners.

The 2026 programme runs for 2 hours 30 minutes and includes films in English and other original languages, with Latvian and Russian subtitles. Before the main programme, the winning film from the Baltic FilmTales youth short-film competition will also be shown. The recommended audience age is 12 and over.
