Slow Reading Club: August 8

The Slow Reading Club returns to Veldze on Saturday, August 8, with a selection of contemporary artist books in English. The books explore intangible cultural heritage, climate change and resilience, and can be read at your own pace inside the Notes from a Volatile Time exhibition.
Visitors are also welcome to bring their own book. Those who want to exchange ideas can join conversations in English or Latvian, while others can simply use the space for quiet reading. Coffee from Aura will be available.
The club is curated by Katrīna Marta Riņķe in collaboration with ISSP and entropy.press. Further Saturday sessions will continue until August 29.
