Kimmel Kvartāla Zaļumballe with Lauris Reiniks and Labvēlīgais Tips

A traditional Latvian summer dance party takes over Kimmel Quarter for one evening, with live music, DJs and even a working sauna. The free programme brings together Latvian pop singer Lauris Reiniks, the band Labvēlīgais Tips and several DJ sets across the venue.

For anyone unfamiliar with the tradition, a zaļumballe is an open-air summer party where people gather to listen, dance and spend the evening together. This Kimmel Quarter version gives the tradition an urban setting, with performances continuing into late-night afterparties.

One of the more unusual parts of the evening is the sauna programme. Visitors can register for a free lottery at the Koskenkorva tent from 19:00 to 20:00. At 20:50, 50 winners will be selected to receive a sauna session for two.

The programme continues from 23:00 with DJ Lietuvietis and DJ Žanis at Cheff Mezze, while Pupa and Will Sonic play at B2 (Smēde).
