DESCRIPTION:The first edition of the Riga Contemporary Surrealism Biennale brings together contemporary artists from the USA\, Canada\, the Netherlands\, Italy\, Turkey\, Romania\, Germany\, Finland\, and beyond — all working within the traditions of Surrealism\, Automatism\, Biomorphism\, Dadaism\, and Metaphysical Art. The mission: to make the hidden visible. \nAlongside the main exhibition: artist talks\, panel discussions\, curator-led tours every Saturday at 12:00\, and musical evenings every Thursday from 18:00 to 19:30. DESCRIPTION:A kinetic sculpture installation referencing Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam – reimagined with creation left in a woman’s hands. Two hands rotate continuously toward one another\, their trajectory forming an endless cycle of closeness and distance. No divine hierarchy\, but two equal creators.
